WHERE IS YOUR HEART

Dear friends, I feel privileged to greet you in His Jesus name,

I am so blessed to bring a small meditation with this ministry updates for your spiritual growth to be like minded of Jesus.

I would like you to open your bible and read what John wrote in his gospel chapter 5 verse 1,"After this there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem".

here we have read that Jesus went to Jerusalem. That was festival time every one there enjoying and celebrating with one another the joy they have.

Disciples of Jesus might have thought they will have good time enjoying with people and children. They might have thought that will have nice welcome and respect. While Disciples of Jesus was thinking of the feast, celebration, food or anything from feast, Jesus was thinking of another place called Bethesda, where there was misery, pain, agony, sickness, envy, helplessness, cry. Jesus took His disciples to Bethesda, they might have disappointed.

As soon as they entered the Bethesda, they have seen people with hope for Angle to  come and stir up the water. Everyone is having someone to assist to jump in to pool, but there is a man with no help for 38 years. He might have seen many times angle coming and stirring up water and many were healed. He might have seen many people coming with pain leaving with joy. can you imagine the pain he had in heart, that is stronger than pain he had in body.

Jesus show a compassion on him not on every one. He healed and sent him with joy. He even not noticed or say thanks to Jesus for what he received. Jesus just watching him going with joy.

can you imagine what Disciples were thinking? it was great a great lesion for His disciples to learn where they should invest time and keep their hear.

If you are thinking like his disciples now, thinking of feast, joy, celebration or any think that gives pleasure to body, we have to learn a lesson from this.

Please think about heart Jesus had, His heart was on Bethesda, His heart was with people with no help to be blessed.

Now where is your heart right now? where you are investing  your time? where you are investing you money for the Glory of the Lord.

Please pray and try to keep your heart with people with no help to preach gospel, hear gospel, go for church, keep their faith strong,  those who have no one help in sickness, pain and suffering.
